We want you to be completely in love with your Stephanie Gottlieb fine jewelry. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on eligible non-custom items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your jewelry in its original packaging, including all certificates and branded boxes, to ensure the items are protected during transit.

  Ship with Prepaid Label

  Affix the provided prepaid UPS insured shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality assurance team confirms the item is in its original, unworn condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
